The Bottom Line

Utilizing our state-of-the-art packaging software, we were able to develop a laminated solid fiber card that offers offset printing, no flute lines and less caliper with increased strength. This also reduced the cost for Sam’s Club by changing a current 5-step process to a 2-step process. Finally, waste is reduced with roll-to-roll manufacturing and more packaging can fit in a truck, leaving less to be stored in a warehouse.
