Crunch Pak needed a package that would be strong enough to handle the weight of the product and withstand the rigors of supply chain and refrigerated environments. They wanted the package to stand out with high-end graphics and needed flexibility with graphic changes for different promotions. Finally, Crunch Pak needed to meet a required price point.

The Bottom Line

Our designers chose a laminated paperboard construction that provides plenty of structural integrity to protect the product. A uniquely engineered tear-off perforation was designed to be removed easily and cleanly while still maintaining its strength. Using our digital press, upscale graphics were printed onto the laminated paperboard, giving it great shelf appeal. This also lets Crunch Pak change their graphics whenever needed.
