Jealous Devil needed a package that would be strong enough to handle the weight of the product and withstand the retail supply chain. They also needed a design that would work on existing semi-automated forming equipment and be able to hand close the top of the carton. Multiple SKUs needed to be managed with color consistency and a window was installed so that the product could be viewed from the outside.

THE BOTTOM LINE
Our designers used an engineered paperboard solution that is strong enough to meet supply chain needs as well as withstand multiple handling in retail. A window on the top of the carton allows the consumer to see the product inside. Engineered flap designs and scoring profiles enable the carton to erect easily during semi-automated co-packing. The vibrant package colors and graphics show product differentiation between the flavors and the colorful background graphics and high gloss UV coating create a stunning billboard effect when on the shelf. Finally, the package can be re-closed after each use because it is designed to be used multiple times and it is much easier to store than if it was bagged.
