Club Store Packaging That Created a Billboard Effect
HOW GOOD CULTURE WAS ABLE TO REPRESENT THEIR COMPANY MISSION ON THEIR PACKAGE
Good Culture needed a club store-ready package that would represent its mission of providing high-quality, fresh healing foods. The package needed to have high-end graphics that would create an impressive billboard effect when palletized and the package structural design needed to meet club store strength requirements.
The Solution
A 40pt. laminated paperboard substrate was used for this carton
Built to withstand the rigors of supply chain as well as the weight when palletized
High-quality graphics emulate an image of superior quality and freshness
The recycled baseboard substrate helped reduce the cost for the customer
THE BOTTOM LINE
Our designers engineered a custom substrate for this package that performs exceptionally well through the supply chain and is strong enough to meet club store requirements. The high-quality graphics neatly depict the product as fresh and appealing which helps catch the eye of the consumer. The graphics are positioned in a certain way so that they give the whole pallet a complete billboard presence. Our designers also developed a specialty UV coating with high rub resistance and low-slip attributes to prevent scuffing and scratching from packages rubbing together during warehousing and shipping.
